Editorial Guidelines

Company-Formation-Agents.org is an information and listings site which is intended to be of use to individuals starting a company or incorporating an existing business. This is the website’s core function and all content should reflect this. We reserve the right to remove any information from company-formation-agents.org which we feel breaks the spirit, as well as the letter, of our guidelines.

There are a number of different sections to company-formation-agents.org which have individual editorial guidelines.

Directory

 The directory within company-formation-agents.org is intended as a comprehensive list of company formation, incorporation and registration services worldwide. Any listings for businesses, individuals or organisations which we determine to fall outside of this description will be removed.

Both Free Listings and Enhanced Listings are available with the directory.

Free listings are available within the company-formation-agents.org directory on the following conditions.

  • Any businesses, organisations or individuals placing a listing which includes their URL must place a link to www.company-formation-agents.org on their website. This cannot be a ‘nofollow’ link and must remain on your website until your listing is removed from company-formation-agent.org.
  • Listings must be no longer than 100 words and may not contain any links to your own website within the body text. Space is provided for a URL which should direct visitors to the listed company’s home page.
  • Listings must be relevant to the content of company-formation-agents.org.
  • Listings must not contain offensive or misleading material.

Enhanced listings are available within the company-formation-agents.org directory on the following conditions.

  • Enhanced listings must be paid for in full according to the current rate card before the listing commences. A copy of the current rate card can be obtained by contacting us.
  • Enhanced listings can be up to 150 words in length and can contain up to 5 relevant anchor text links in their body.
  • Space is also provided for a URL which should direct visitors to your home page.
  • Listings must be relevant to the content of company-formation-agents.org.
  • Listings must not contain offensive or misleading material.

 

Articles

We welcome the submission of articles on subjects which will be relevant to our core audience of business start-ups and people with an interest in company formation, registration and incorporation. Articles can take the form of analysis, comment or advice in these areas. By submitting an article the author agrees that:

  • The article is their own work and has not been plagiarised in any way.
  • The article has not appeared in substantially the same form on another website.
  • The author has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the article is accurate and does not contain any misleading information.
  • The article is not promoting a single business, or a service provided by a single business or organisation. The article does not contain multiple links to a single business or service provider.
  • The article is not offensive or abusive towards any groups, individuals or organisations.
  • The author can provide a short bio at the bottom of their article which can mention organisations which they represent. This bio should be no more than 20 words

 Articles should ordinarily be between 500 and 800 words. Articles over 1000 words will normally not be published. All articles should be proof read and spell checked before submission. 

News

We welcome the submission of news articles which are timely and relevant to our core audience of individuals interested in company formation, incorporation and registration. Authors of news articles agree that:

  • The news article is their own work and has not been plagiarised in any way.
  • The news article has not appeared in substantially the same form on another website.
  • The author has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the news article is accurate and does not contain any misleading information.
  • The article is not promoting a single business, or a service provided by a single business or organisation. The article does not contain multiple links to a single business or service provider. (see below for exceptions)
  • The article is not offensive or abusive towards any groups, individuals or organisations. 

Articles should ordinarily be between 300 and 500 words. Articles over 800 words will normally not be published. All news articles should be proof read and spell checked before submission.

Within our news section we will occasionally feature ‘Advertising Promotions’ which allow businesses to promote new services or products they are introducing. Any ‘Advertising Promotions’ that we publish will be clearly labelled as such within our website.
